How Odigo works

Odigo helps you find the cheapest fuel and the nearest EV charge in the Philippines, with prices kept fresh by drivers like you. Here’s everything you need to get the most out of it.

How prices work

Every price in Odigo is labeled so you know where it came from. There are three kinds:

1. Driver-reported

A price someone saw at the pump or charger and reported in the app. These are the freshest and most local, and they’re tagged with how long ago they were submitted. A recent driver report beats everything else.

2. Odigo estimate

When no one has reported a station lately, Odigo fills the gap with an estimate built from recent nearby reports and regional price trends. Estimates are clearly marked so you can treat them as a guide, not gospel.

3. Reference price (DOE)

For background, Odigo also uses public Department of Energy (DOE) figures and other public sources to anchor estimates province by province. This keeps prices reasonable even in areas with few reports.

Prices change constantly and vary by station, payment method, and promos. Always confirm at the station before you fill up or plug in. See our Terms for the full note on estimates.

Gas vs EV modes

Odigo has two modes. Tap the toggle at the top to switch between them — the whole map and search retune to the kind of energy you need.

Reporting a price or a problem

Odigo stays accurate because drivers share what they see. You can help in a few seconds:

Reports are moderated to keep data trustworthy. Submissions that look false or abusive may be removed, and any Street Cred earned from them reversed.

Photos

When you report a price you can attach a photo, such as the station’s price board. Odigo can automatically read the prices and brand from your photo to make reporting faster and more accurate. Please don’t include people, plate numbers, or anything private in your photos — public contributions are visible to other drivers. See the Privacy Policy for how photos are handled.

Street Cred tiers

Street Cred is your contribution score. You earn points every time you help keep Odigo accurate — and the more you contribute, the higher your tier climbs. There are no daily caps and no streaks to maintain; points simply add up.

How you earn points

If a contribution is later flagged or removed, its points are quietly reversed.

Saving stations

Tap the save icon on any station or charger to add it to your saved list. Saved places are easy to get back to, and you can turn on notifications so Odigo tells you when their price changes. Your saved list syncs with your account, so it follows you across sessions.

Account & your data

You can use much of Odigo without signing in. An account (via email, Apple, or Google) lets you save stations, build Street Cred, and sync across devices.

Export your data

Want a copy of your data? Email reports@getodigo.com and we’ll provide an export of the personal information tied to your account.

Delete your account

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account, or by emailing us. We remove your email, display name, saved stations, preferences, and Street Cred. Public contributions may stay in a de-identified form so station prices remain accurate for everyone — they’ll no longer be linked to you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Notifications

Odigo can notify you about price changes at your saved stations and other updates you opt into. Manage everything in Settings → Notifications in the app, or turn Odigo notifications off entirely in your device’s system settings. We’ll never spam you, and we don’t use notifications for ads.

Quick answers

Why is a price different from what I paid?

Prices move fast and depend on the station, time, payment method, and promos. Driver reports are timestamped, and estimates are clearly labeled. If a price looks off, report the correct one — you’ll help everyone and earn Street Cred.

Do I need an account to use Odigo?

No. You can browse stations, view prices, and even send text-only feedback without signing in. An account unlocks saving stations, Street Cred, and sync.

How do I report a station that’s closed or in the wrong place?

Open the station and choose Report a problem, or send us a note from Settings. We review reports and fix locations and statuses regularly.

What do the EV connector and speed labels mean?

In EV mode, each charger shows its connector type (such as CCS2, Type 2, CHAdeMO, or NACS/Tesla) and a speed tier from AC standard up to DC fast. Use the filters to match what your vehicle supports.

Is Odigo free?

Yes — Odigo is free to use. We don’t sell your data or run third-party ads.

Where do station locations come from?

Locations are partly built from OpenStreetMap contributors (map data © OpenStreetMap, licensed under ODbL) and refined with community reports.
